How it works
1. Choose the right Masterclass
Start by selecting the Masterclass that fits your companies current challenge. Communication, transformation, productivity… We’ll help you match the right journey to your goals, team size, and context so the rollout stays simple and the outcomes stay clear.
2. Receive the Masterclass Boxes
Once confirmed, we ship your Masterclass boxes to your organization. No preparation is required. All hands-on materials are included in the box, ready to use from day one. It’s designed to be easy to distribute, simple to start, and built to work without onsite facilitation.
3. Kick off, without coordination overhead
Teams get access to the platform, a clear cadence, and an easy start. Participants know exactly what to do, when to do it, and how much time it takes. The weekly effort is typically around 2-3 hours, making it easy to fit into day-to-day work. No heavy coordination, no workshop planning, no external coaches required.
4. Run the 100-day journey: sessions + assessments + personalized nudges
The program runs over 100 days with 13 structured sessions. Starting with baseline assessments and ending with closing assessments to make progress visible. Along the way, participants capture key notes and learnings by scanning them into the platform. Based on those inputs, they receive personalized nudges that help turn insights into behavior in real work situations.
5. Keep the change alive
After day 100, ongoing support continues (subscription required) through regular nudges, check-ins, and follow-ups, so the learning doesn’t fade, and implementation becomes part of daily business.
